Culinary and Management experience spanning from exclusive fine dining to high volume dining in the entertainment concepts and into the quick casual segment. My experience in the Food industry has taken me from Family owned business to Corporate Empire to Hotel and Resorts International. “My Passion is Great Food to Great People who enjoy the benefits of eating well and living well”.
A fourth-generation Chef & Restauranture, D’Michael Williams is a leading and respected authority whom has helped develop and shape Creole-American culinary culture. Chef D’Michael has earned numerous accolades, including his appointment as Certified Executive Chef.

Chef Darlene Smith is an Award winning Chef she has over three generations of culinary experience. She has trained with several Master Chefs and is a Executive Chef and Culinary Consultant. “We’ve created hundreds of gourmet meals for each of these programs, carefully prepared and made fresh from the finest ingredients.”
